You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@snipework.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account with other individuals or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
SnipeWork offers the following paid subscription plans:
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added by Paddle based on your location.
You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section within the app or via Paddle's customer portal.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@snipework.com within 7 days of your initial payment and we will process a full refund.
Refunds requested after 7 days of the initial charge are generally not provided unless required by applicable law. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not available except at our sole discretion.

SnipeWork and all related technology, software, content, trademarks, and materials are the exclusive property of SnipeWork and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal freelancing activities. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the software.
You retain ownership of any content you create using SnipeWork, including proposals. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.
SnipeWork is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not guarantee that using SnipeWork will result in winning proposals, job contracts, or specific freelancing outcomes. Upwork's platform, algorithms, and policies are outside our control and may change at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnipeWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of SnipeWork shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at support@snipework.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnipeWork operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
