Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Sign in with Google and the 14-day trial starts right away. You only add a payment method if you decide to upgrade.
What happens when the trial ends?
You move to the Free plan automatically and keep the job feed with a 60-minute delay. Nothing is charged. AI proposals, auto-scan and instant alerts need a paid plan.
What counts as an AI proposal?
Every proposal draft SnipeWork generates for you. Starter includes 10 per day and Pro 30 per day; the counter resets daily. Ultra is unlimited. The trial includes 5 in total.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Every payment, including renewals, can be refunded in full within 14 days. Email support@snipework.com and the refund goes back through Paddle. See the refund policy.
Can I cancel or change my plan later?
Yes. Cancel or change plans from the billing page in the app or through Paddle's customer portal. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles payments, taxes and invoices?
Paddle is our merchant of record. It processes the payment, applies sales tax or VAT where required and sends your invoice. SnipeWork never sees your full card details.
Which plan includes Auto-bid?
Ultra. Auto-bid writes a proposal for every new job that matches your filters, with your own prompt, and sends it to Telegram for one-tap approval. You can also let it send automatically within a daily limit. Proposals use your own Connects, or your agency's.
Is my Upwork account safe?
Yes. SnipeWork works through the official Upwork API and never logs in to your account or asks for your password. It submits nothing unless you turn on Auto-bid on Ultra, where each proposal is approved by you by default and sent from your own account with a daily limit.
